I agree the Gaudi sites are amazing. They alone make a trip to Barcelona worth it. For me, Sagrada Familia and Parque Guell are two of Spain's best tourist sites. The beaches in and around Barcelona are great as well when the weather is good.

Hi... I forget if I already contacted you, but I started following you due to @Papasan5 & wondered if you'd follow me back so I can talk to you? If you don't follow people you don't know, I'd be ever so obliged if you'd let me know. Heh.
Thanks,
@Al_Pal

No, I hadn't registered the lock and I don't have renter's insurance. Which is something that I've been meaning to get to cover my camera, but just hadn't gotten around to yet. Since it was your old blue bike, I think the deductible for the claim would probably have ended up being what the bike was wroth anyway. :(

The lock and everything else was totally gone. Seriously, it was like I hadn't actually locked the bike there at all. I always lock up my bike in the same place so that I don't have the "oh no! my bike got stolen!" moment when it hadn't.

I guess I'm used bike shopping today.

U Locks are total bullshit. Did you register it when you bought it? Also, do you have rental insurance? Either one of those would pay out towards you getting a new bike.

Was the lock also missing when you came out or was it cut up and left behind?

This really sucks for you. My sympathies.

Hello,

My name is Christie Lewis and I am one of Timanna's friends from Cibola High School. Philip called me this morning with the news of Timanna's passing. To say I am in shock is an understatement. Were you there with her when she passed? It gives me comfort to know that timanna was surrounded by her mom, Philip, Norah, Morgan, and her friends when she left this life.
Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Take care,
Christie Lewis

I think that you should go with the pencil skirt and blazer. It never (or rarely) hurts to err on the side of too polished/professional-looking at a job interview. At my library, we dress BizCas every day, however, we expect candidates to dress better than that. Don't worry that they think you are in costume - A) you are in library school, you are "one of them" B) its the Academy of Art, where a flair for the dramatic is normal.

And Good Luck!!!

The problem with the loose stitches on the bottom is that the tension is not tight enough. check your book on how to adjust the tension. that will help. I don't think that you need a walking foot if you deal with the tension problem. See if the Joann"s store has a viking dealer. If they do they can help you by demonstrating how to do this.

I hate being called young lady. I am in my late 30s and still get this patronizing form of address. Especially I cringed recently when in the same breath, someone addressed my husband as "Sir" and me as "young lady".
